Pneuma Canada is the Canadian expression of the Pneuma Institute — a global organization founded by Prof. Juan Ruiz Naupari with over 40 years of work at the intersection of transpersonal psychology, consciousness research, and holistic wellbeing.

Based in Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia, our facilitators offer a bridge between ancient wisdom traditions and modern psychological frameworks — creating spaces where deep inner work becomes possible.

Our work is grounded in Pneuma Breathwork©, a multidimensional conscious breathing practice developed over decades of research and refined through work with hundreds of thousands of participants across 15+ countries.
